• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, based on your plan.
• Payment information must remain valid and up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.

Access to the software is granted under a limited license.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use our software.
• You may not resell or distribute the software.
• You may not modify or reverse-engineer the software.

Our platform and its original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• All rights, title and interest in the software remain the property of Digital ACE System.
• Website content, branding and associated materials remain the property of Digital ACE System.

Access may end if the service terms are violated or a subscription is cancelled.

• We may suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are violated.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

The following provisions describe the liability terms for use of our services.
